Gym Clock secured the Devs Den title at the Canadian University Software Engineering Conference (CUSEC), Canada's largest student software engineering conference. The outcome reflects the strength of the product and the effort behind it.

Gym Clock is a mobile alarm application built around a simple rule: the alarm does not stop until the user finishes a guided workout. Computer vision tracks the body in real time and counts only repetitions that meet form requirements, so dismissals are tied to actual movement rather than a tap or a snooze.

The app records each session with timestamps, exercises, and rep counts; surfaces estimated calories over time; and awards achievements for consistency and effort—milestones meant to reflect real training, not passive check-ins. On-screen cues help users correct depth, lockout, and posture when a repetition does not qualify.
